I want to convert avi to ipod. I have Nero Recode, but I'm unsure as to how to use this to go from an avi to ipod. I also tried total video converter but I had synch problems. Has anyone found a solution other than 3GP Converter?

Yeah; I was using SUPER to create iPod videos, but the current version (it's supposedly going to be updated any day now) doesn't support the newest iPod video profiles. So lately, I've been using Videora iPod Converter. (Don't know how well that supports the newest profiles, either, though. Both use ffmpeg, if I remember correctly (SUPER also uses mencoder, x264, etc.).)
