hi

im thinking of buying Digital Receiver (D-Link DSM-520) but read reviews that the windows media connect works better thant the software provided.

i have been trying to startup windows media connect but having problems starting it up. Im running windows media player 11, i have closed the firewall down. When i click Library, Media Sharing, Tick Share Media, then Click OK, then nothing., Nothing happens, it just hangs for a few seconds and then the page refreshes, No window pops up or anything.

Am i doing the correct things? the laptop im using is a Sony Vaio VGN-A617B.
