i have a bunch of episodes from a tv show (mpegs) and I want to put them on a VCD.. but I want it to be like a DVD with like chapters for each episode.. Can anyone guide me on how to do that?

First, if the mpgs aren't VCD specs already (See WHAT IS - VCD top left) you have to reencode them (I suggest using TMPGEnc and the VCD template)
Second - author them with VCDEasy (to set chapter points & cetera).
A VCD will have room for 80 minutes of video.

It's convenient to use 90 minute CDRs, thus 90 minutes, which neatly fits 2 one hour shows (2x43 min), minus commercials, or 4 half-hour (4x22 min) shows. It's a bit out of spec, but works on many VCD players.
