I, most regretfully, bought a HitekGear PD-888S DVD player from ebay, and took it wtih me to the middle east before trying it, when trying, it is not reading most of the DVD recordable brands that I took with me with movies, I tried TDK and these are working 1/20 of the times and the rest of the time, it is not seeing a disk or not able to read its contents although it is reading the CDs fine, the mp3s fine and playing the game CD provided fine, can anybody tell me what can be wrong, I found out when I burnt some avi movies on CDs that it doesnt support mp3 audio tracks and these should be aac or ac3 or PCM, also it only supports xvid mp4 and ver 4 or higher DivX, I tried to contact the most miserable Hitekgear support but they never answer my emails
Is there a solution, or I just dump it in the garbage and never pay attention to these ebay companies
