ffmpegx is a great product.

My main suggestion is for an easy way to batch convert multiple files/VIDEO_TS (eg. a season of TV episodes: 5-6 DVD-Videos ripped to my hard drive) to avis at a set picture resolution and data rate.

I am thinking of a simplified GUI/batch encoding setup option for this task, something like Handbrake Lite - which lists the episodes on the DVD, you tick the ones you want, and it converts them to iPod format.

Of course, unlike Handbrake Lite, the 'ffmpegx lite' interface would also need a few options for custom resolutions, maybe bitrates etc.

Just a thought smile.gif
