Hi!

I have English, German, French and Portuguese subtitles for a Movie I want to convert to DVD. I already made all stuff like creating video/audio and menus and importing them into DVDMaestro. But when I try to convert the German (German was the only language I tried, yet) .ssa subtitles via MaestroSBT to DVDMaestro-compatible files, the umlauts aren't shown correctly. And also the Subtitles aren't shown in the middle of the bottom, but on the bottom right. What can I do to fix both of this? Thanks a lot in advance. smile.gif

Hi Renet!

1.What kind of version of MaestroSBT you use?
By myself the most succesfull version is 2.4.2.0 because she translate very correctly the foreign languages to DVDMaestro compatibles files.
2. About the subtitles position. You can edit the subtitles position in the menu styles in the top left of the appearing window.

I'm using version 2.6.0.0 - the newest.

Thanks for the hint with the subs position. smile.gif

I got it. The script wasn't correctly programmed. So I used "find and replace" in SSA and replaced all umlauts. Now it works. Thanks again. smile.gif
