How can I join 2 sup files?

I don't know an easy or definite way, which is why I waited for someone else to reply.

My 1st guess would be to create two DVD titles, then put them together in a DVD layout where the end action of the first title is to play the 2nd. You'd probably need to use an authoring app, though not necessarily create any menus, and split your video where the subs split.

Or you might use subrip to OCR both sup files to text based, join those in something like subtool, then check your timing, particularly at the join, using subtitle workshop.
