Problem converting from H.264 videos

I want to convert a video in "iPod format" to SmartMovie Xvid format so i can play it on my P910 phone, but FFmpegX cannot recognize the movie correct.

In Quicktime I can see that the movies framerate is 14.96, but FFmpegX lists it as 2997,00 fps !!!

Also when trying to process the file, it finished as soon as I press Encode - so it's obviously not converted.

If you wan to try the video giving me trouble, download the lastest Episode (Episode 2) of Photoshop TV, available as video podcast in iTunes.

This is with the latest version of FFmpegX (0.0.9t r3) and OS X 10.4.2 and 10.4.3
