I have a problem. My video_ts vob file produces an [[error: video_ts not referenced and should not be present.]] when trying to burn with nero. Is there a way to fix this?

We're gonna need MUCH MUCH more information than that interesting tidbit wink.gif

What was your source ?
What did you encode with ?
What did you author with ?
What files are you trying to burn ?
What template are you trying to burn them with in Nero ?

Source is a remade film named "Closer".
Files were taken to hd with DVDDecrypter.
I demuxed and remuxed with IfoEdit to make subtitlees syncronized.

is it enough?

I'd say that your "remuxing" (aka authoring) with IFOEdit has made the VIDEO_TS.IFO/BUP to play VTS_01 on insert, thus making the VIDEO_TS.VOB (menu) redundant / not required.

I would suggest that if you were to take VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.BUP, VTS_01_0.IFO, VTS_01_0.BUP, and VTS_01_1.VOB -> VTS_01_n.VOB, then Nero won't give you this error.

Nero says me File 'VIDEO_TS.VOB' is not referenced and should not be present and asks me if I still want to burn it. I burned it as an Image and open with an DVD emulator (Alcohol 120%). Working perfect with Power DVD or Windows Media Player. But will it run normaly at a stand alone DVD player?

Should be OK. Guess there's only one way to find out, though wink.gif

All Nero is telling you is that you have a file there that is not referenced and therefore not required. All it means is that the file won't ever get used. It shouldn't be a problem just sitting there though, despite the fact that you don't need it there.

Yes, that's right Jim. Nero might complain about it, but there's nothing wrong with having it there. It'll play fine in the standalone.
