Does anyone have experience with the Go Video R6750 DVD recorder?

GoVideo doesn't make their own stuff. If you can figure out who makes this one for them, you should be able to find some reviews on its counterpart. Since it's so cheap and writes to +R/+RW only, I'm guessing it's a Liteon or Cyberhome.

The 6740 was a LiteOn 5001. Looking at an image of the 6750 and the features list, it's probably a LiteOn 5002. I took a quick glance at the manual for the 6750 and it uses the same style of menu as the LiteOns.
