Hi. I'm making a vcd for my animes and I was wondering how I could have a hotspot places in my menu to select which episodes to play.

VCDEasy doesn't natively support creation of hotspots ( yet sad.gif ), but it's engine--VCDImager does. Save your VCDEasy project as XML, and open the XML with a Text editor and by hand add in the code for the hot spots. It's mentioned in the VCDImager guide. You can also look at some of my past posts for examples.

Note**: Hotspots work on computer with mouse (and VCD 2.0-capable app, e.g. Roxio VCD_PLAY and WinDVD, PowerDVD) and with CD-I players, but not with DVD or VCD players, and not with simple MPEG file players (like WMP).

Hotspots refer to mouse/cursor clickable areas of the menu screen

e.g.:

if menu has 3 selections

Button 1 can also be mapped to x:0-720, y:0-150
Button 2 can also be mapped to x:0-720, y:151-300
Button 3 can also be mapped to x:0-720, y:301-450 (yeah, I fudged a little on the #'s)
