Hi there!!
I`m kinda of a newbie on video editing but I`d love to make some DVDs out of my old VHS tapes.
So I`d like some advice on WHAT is the best software for remastering the video? I mean, applying filters, sharpen the video a little...?
oh, I'd also love to know what's that filter they use A LOT these days on videoclips and movies (Charlies Angels for example). It makes everything look bright, colorful and smooth!

I'd suggest the search filter. You also have to capture
the video before you filter it; so search on capturing as well.
When you have read up a bit you will be able to be more concise
with your questions and you will get more help.
