Just was on the LiteON site, and noticed a firmware upgrade for my player. ( 2002-0229 )

1. How can I tell what version of the firmware is currently installed?

2. If I have an older version, should I indeed upgrade?

3. If I upgrade will I lose my settings, like NO MacroVision etc. ??
