where should it be posted? Id like to know the proper forum I can browse the latest good internet deals on DVDR's.

How about posting it at www.thedailydeals.com?

Also, the problem with posting "sales" is that you end up getting spammers who redirect (ie. refer) a site, rather than a direct link. They're not doing it to be part of the videohelp community, but strictly for personal gain.
