how do i FTP SERVE using no-ip.com, bulletproofFTP, router?

i need a tutorial that explicitly explains how i can setup a ftp server (or a webserver? is there a difference?) using no-ip.com dynamic dns, bulletproof FTP server, and my Dlink DI-704 router?

Just make sure you use non standard ports!

IMO Guildftp in Windows environment the easiest to setup and still the best, or pureftpd in Linux.

CK the tutorials for Windows, very simple.

You have to "poke holes" in your router so "outsiders" can send requests to your computer.

Look in your owners manual for "port forwarding".

I agree on GuildFTP. Can't beat it.
