I have referred to the may 16 post regarding this problem, but am still unable to fix things. I have tried to sync the audio and video mentioned in a July 3/4 post as well, but no luck. After saving my eyetv mpegs and using FFMPEGX the audio and video are about 1-1.5 seconds out of sync. I have demuxed the mpeg with FFMPEGX and then used sizzle and the tracks are still out of sync. However, when I preview within FFMPEGX everything looks in sync until you view the finished product with DVD PLAYER. And advice or instruction is greatly appreciated.

Unselect "set 3:2" in the options tab.

In the video tab under framerate, make sure you've selected NTSC rather than NTSC film, which is what the present defaults to.

That will fix the problem.
