Ulead DVD MovieFactory 2 doesn't require program streams from what I can tell.
This is what the "replace audio" button does. Just select a clip in the timeline and then click the "replace audio" button...you can then specify the transcoded audio file.
Choosing elementary stream output option in SVCD2DVDMPG should be quicker, since it doesn't do the lengthy multiplexing step.
But, Chrissyboy, if you're reading this, why can't we have an output option where only the transcoded audio is output? This would be ideal for Ulead MovieFactory, and would be *much* faster (demultiplex audio only, and no multiplexing). In MovieFactory, you would add the original video and then use the replace audio option.

Choosing ES as output does just this: demux, then resample audio. No multiplexing....
