Auto crop not always correct

I have a few vob files that when i use autocrop, it doesnt do the full thing, just some of the main movie(dark spots are in frame)

is there a fix?

if any of you are familiar with the anime TV show cowboy bebop, and remember the little into to the first episode. it is very very dark, well the autocrop picks up 2 dak lines in the source, which are not the correct crop lines, they end up in the middle of the screen.

In that case change the "Start from 00:05" field with another point in the movie, like 1:00.
