I have seen people wanting to change their user name and i too have wanted to change mine at times. so i thought of this,

allow people to change with conditions -
1) can only change 1 time every 6 months ( or some other time period)
2) username history under the profile section

this would allow people to change their name but still keep order in the forums. Let me know what you think.
