I own a KONKA 1800-U1 DVD player and i put in disc 1 of a vcd movie i got, but the audio lags alot and sometimes the audio mutes while the video is still playing. I then put the same disc in my computer and play it in my WMP and it plays just fine, could it be the audio frequency on the disc is not compatible for my DVD player? if so please let me know thnxs

Similar problem I encountered with a JVC XV-S502SL DVD player. Burned a VDC with DVDPhotoplay and the audio was choppy and the video paused a lot. Put the same disc into the PC and it ran perfectly and used WMP for the audio. I figured it had something to do with the way DVDPhotoplay endodes the audio for the VCD and gave up on the project with their software.

I have had the exact same problem. A vcd burnt plays fine on my friends player but the video is all choppy on mine.
I'm guessing that the format is a bit out of whack.
Is there any way I can run the .dat file thru something to fix any errors?
