confused.gif DirectX 9 beta was released on the 11th. ATI also release a new set of Catalyst drivers to show off some of what DX9 can do.
DirectX 9 installed without a hitch on my PC's with ATI vid cards biggrin.gif ; however, failed on the PC's with Nvidia Geforce 2 mx, and Savage 4 cry.gif .

Is DirectX 9 beta only operating with ATI card? rolleyes.gif

After the initial Radeon installation the capture drivers didn't report confused.gif , but after a second reboot began to function. laugh.gif
