I own a Pioneer DVR-104, and have burned a DVD with the Pioneer DVD-RW media, and burned with Princo DVD-RW media, the Pioneer media plays fine in my Toshiba SD-3800, but the Princo does not, anybody know why? They are both DVD-RW, and seem to have the same shine to them. My apex plays them both, then again it probably will play a record too. Anyone know of really cheap, but playable in a lot of players, DVD-RW and DVD-R media? rolleyes.gif I use DVD-RW since it is more forgiving in making mistakes.

The optodisc works fine for my Apex(es). DVD-Pro works only if you storing less than 2GB of files on it. I think it is due to the DMR-E20 drive problem.

I use DVDpro discs @ $1 each from Meritline.com and I have yet to have a problem in over 100 discs. They play perfect in my Apex, Daewoo, Toshiba and PS2 systems.
