I have this soft, DVD2DVDR
It's very easy to work (only Win XP) but at the end i have several files
*.avs, *.lst, *.idx, *.sub, *.vob *.vaf and more.
Now... i need to find the correct files to burn...
If anyone know's to work with this soft, please give-me some help.
There's no guide for this.
Tks

Can you let me know where you got this software or where to download it?

Nero can burn VOB files to disk but you must have a folder similar to what you would find on a commercial DVD.

Look's like nobody wants to try this soft

But for the ones that try...
At the end of de prog you have a SCP file

Use Scenarist NT 2.0, 2.5 or 2.6. Import the SCENARIST_SCRIPT.SCP File in
Scenarist NT and press the Button BUILD. All is done. Now you can burn with
Scenarist NT 2.6 or any other Burnproggie.

I have already meda everything but the scenarist prog.
I don't have it......

Best regards

Runtime error as well, but it looks like a script combo of SmartRipper, DVD2AVI, AVISynth, and MPEG2DEC. I'd rather trust my own settings personally.

I also get runtime error 13....before it even starts. (in XP).

I have been waiting for a long time for someone to make a single program that does the lot, this doesnt look like it anyways but more of a "patch" of a lot of other programs. Oh well...

Very interesting program..but...I suggest an option to skip the ripping process.... if you have an already ripped movie in the hard disk..how can you use this soft?

However I have an error message too..... confused.gif

I have not used this program, however my comment is related.

I have been using dvd2svcd to do the dirty work. Problem is time factor. Takes about 24-36 hours.

At the end I end up with a pull down mpv file and an ac3 file.

Rename to same. Open spruce and follow through. Burn with Nero.

Got the settings from a guy on doom9.net, in their dvd2svcd forum, guys name is fletch. uses cce. look for his post, he outlines settings. One caution, he says 4600 for dvd size is safe, Ive found better to go with 4450, it's a real pisser to be so close and then to have to go through everthything again.

Looks like it can be a fast process by using AVISynt frameserving to CCE version 2.5. Want to use this process but get runtime error as with people above.

FOR EVERYONE USING THIS SOFTWARE THATS GETTING A RUNTIME ERROR 13, CHANGE YOUR REGION SETTINGS TO GERMAN THATS SHOULD CLEAR THAT PROBLEM UP AND ALL THE SETTINGS ARE IN ENGLISH.

Good luck in getting it to go, i still had problems with it, when i tried to to a conversion. IT came up with some error in GERMAN sad.gif.

Looks like it will work for some and not for others.

I have testet many encoders, and must say the cce gives me overal the superior quality.
it´s one of the best mpeg2 encoder ever build yet.

use multipass encoding, and variable bitrates, max 9000kb/s ,avbr 5000 kb/s and min 1000 kb/s.
And you dont see any differenc, on a TV

IfoEdit does not work with cce realmad.gif because of the gop sequenc what the cce encoder makes. hope this will be fixed soon wink.gif

or the re-mpeg encoder is also very good and free
