    How can I convert a downloaded movie (with Video clip extension) to burn a DVD? Help

    I'd suggest reading the how to info on this site...
    They explain how to convert a file from .mpg to a VCD format. VCD is viewable in most DVD players.

    I know no other way to burn a DVD unless you have a DVD burner...
