I've been working on encoding this file to vxcd for more than a week with many attempts. My xvcd file plays fine on media player, although, on my dvd player the framerate is slow and the picture is "all over the place". There is pixilation and the bottom half of the frame is on the top half. UGH. I tried de-multiplexing (whatever that guide said) and I had the same problem. I'm also wondering is converting to a 16:9 widescreen mpeg would have caused this problem. THANK YOU. MERCI.

gonna need some details. can your dvd player play xvcds? by 16:9, do you mean you encoded the file as a 16:9?
