Is there some way to make your VCD start playing directly after you put it into your Standalone DVD player ?
It'd be nice not to have to push the start button after you input the CD.

Nope. Some dvd players will autoplay any disk, my Apex 5131 does this. Most don't, however, and there is nothing you can do about it. This is just an option that the manufacture can choose to implement or not.
