  1. New Nerovision Express is out 1.0.4.3b
Hope it's better than the last effort.
Looked like it was going to be a good program but too many problems.
Check it out and let me know how it is.

  2. It is a nice and very easy to use authoring program, also the dvd-mpeg2 plugin is not so bad as the last plugin (svcd-mpeg2). But it takes a lot of time to encode and even if the file is mpeg2 (dvd format) Vision will re-encode it. It has not many options, (extra audio tracks, subtitles..) and no options at all, if you want to capture.

  3. Does it use someone elses render engine or is it their own?

  4. Yes it uses someone elses render engineand you have to purcase this dvd/mpeg2 plugin to be able to create a dvd.

Is Nero adding templates to new editions or are they improving the writing plug-in?
Their web-site doesn't have revision history anymore.

  7. Improving the writing plug-in? Of course not, the plug-in is the same.
You install it once and works for all Vision updates. It is something like the MP3(pro) plug-in for Nero.
