  2. You CAN, but it would be absolutely useless. VCD standard is strictly limited to MPEG-1 Layer 2 audio, 224 kbps and 44.100 Hz.
    AC3 sound is only useful in an AVI or, together with an appropriate
    MPEG-2 video stream, on a DVD.

  3. You can try to mate a duck and a jet fighter - leave them alone together & see if there are eggs in the morning.

    Problem really lies in what player would play it. Since it is so nonstandard it probably wouldn't play in anything.
