I have a pretty horrible TV that cuts off the screen on each side so I can't see the subs. Is there any way to manually resize it so it fits on my TV without cutting the subs (That way I could keep trying on a CDRW till I find what I like)?
Its an APEX AT1302 (you know...those 13inch TVs circuit city was selling for like 40-50 bucks on Black Friday)...I said b/c if anyone has this same model and already found the right #s I'd appreciate it a lot if I could know
Thanks!
As for programs, I'm using CCE/TMPEnc/AVI2SVCD (though CCE doesn't work..too many errors and TMPEnc is starting to work...but still many problems)

Actually it works beautifully save for that...
So is there any way to add black bars or something on each side so I can get the image to fit on the tv...true it will probably be a little smaller...but that would be VERY convienent so then I can see the subtitles
