TMPGnc and +RW

I have been reading through this site diligently and can't seem to come up with some answers regarding +rw. I recently purchased (about 4 weeks ago so you can just about imagine my frustration about now) an HP DVD 200i and and trying to convert some files from divx and avi etc. The TPMGnc seems to only want -R yet in looking over several comments from users of this burner, it seems people using this software. After several days of working with TMPGnc, I finally got it to acknowledge my video file, but my question is, will it write to the +RW for me? Any other help you can provide me regarding the best possible softwre for +rw would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks

tmpgenc is not used to author dvd's it is used as an encoder. If you want some authoring software i suggest looking in the tools section for dvd authoring. Look to the left for link.
