I downloade and installed VCDEasy yesterday and when I attempted to start the program I get the message that "Windows system doesn't have Media Player installed" I double checked and I do have Windows Media Player 7.0 in and running on this machine. Nevertheless, VCDEasy will not load. What's the next step??

  2. Try installing Windows Media Player 9 beta. It's the latest version.

  3. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/mediaplayer/ and download any version of Windows Media Player that is VERSION 7 or higher. Even though your comp maybe have Windows Media Player installed, what VCDEasy uses is actually Windows Media Player 6, which is included in the other WMP versions. You can't download WMP 6 alone. Just reinstall it.
