    I am using Movie maker to edit video and having no trouble. My problem starts when I want to RECORD the edited version back to my video camera (using fire wire). I get nothing at all. any ideas what could be missing?

    On a Sony camcorder, you have to disable DV out on the cancorder's menu in order to export.

    What camcorder do you have? If you live in Europe, you must enable the DV-In with a widget or with codes.
