Subtitles in movie are all english????

Hi,

I ripped the new movie Scooby Doo and ripped out the dutch subtitle with IFOEDIT.
When i play the movie using powerdvd the subtitle is ok and played in dutch. But when i play the burned DVD in my standalone player, the subtitle is ENGLISH !!!. And there is just 1 subtitle stream ?!?

Even when i rip all the subtitles out of the disk, the subtitles are all english.

What is the problem here? Maybe some kind of new protection?

Noticed the same problem there...
play dvd on PC -> dutch titles
play on yamakawa -> dutch titles
play on cyberhome -> english titles

althogh there was only ONE sub stream left in the vob (according to ifoedit)

Hmmm, strange.
Problem is, all other movies i ripped are ok.

So what can i do about that?

Probably have to do that some Subpictures streams have
2 IDs assigned to them.

look with ifoedit and it sometimes say (ID: 0x21, 0x23)

As subpicture steams take up very little space,
why not leave them alone and keep all of them.

As i mentioned in my post: Even when i rip ALL the sdubtitles, ALL the subtitels are english. Even the SPANISH, FRENCH and GERMAN titles..

when you look in the ORGINAL !!! ifo files at

en you sroll down to the first subtitel you see
some thing like this

when you look in the modified ( make with ifoedit ) file you see something like this

it is NOT A PROBLEM WITH THE CYBERHOME PLAYER !!!!!
and i be sure that one of you has a 4:3 TV an one has a 16:9 !!!!

when you connect the CYBERHOME player to your tv
it's over ( in other words the cyberhome is connect to a 4:3 TV and
the other dvd player connect to a 16:9 tv or visa versa )
i have mailed te maker of IFOEDIT but so far a have no reply from him.
the only thing that must happend is make this settings editable !!!
