    I have purchased Nero MPEG2/DVD to burn DVD+R. After numerous crashes, e-mailed Nero Support a sample of the WMV file. Nero Support only responded that MPEG2/DVD plug-in doesn't work with this application - no further suggestion.

    What should I do????
