  1. Hello

I have a problem. I want to make a VCD with subtitles. I did as it has been told in DiVx2VCD guide. The problem is when I add subtitles (.ssa)
they don't have Central Europe Language support. So some letters are not
    displayed right way.

    Any suggestions?

    Please help!

  2. Hey, Rogy,

I have the same problem with serbian letters. Actually i have problem with 2 letters only. I am too trying to find what's going to fix this problem.

    Where are you from?

  3. Try to change some setting in your SSA file.

    [V4 Styles]
Format: Name, Fontname, Fontsize, PrimaryColour, SecondaryColour, TertiaryColour, BackColour, Bold,Italic, BorderStyle, Outline, Shadow, Alignment, MarginL, MarginR, MarginV, AlphaLevel, Encoding
    Style: Default,arial,17,65535,65535,65535,0,-1,0,1,1,0,2,8,8,8,0,1

You better change the last digit (Encoding) from 0 to 1 in Style section or change fontname if the endoding-digit-change doesn't work.
I got the similar problem before. After changing the encoding it worked.

  4. This is an excellent advice!! Thanks hxc3634!! :P

This is my STYLE line in .ssa subtitle file
    Style: Default,Arial,22,16777215,0,16777215,0,-1,0,2,2,2,20,20,10,0,1

Tanevski: just change the last digit from 0 to 1 just like hxc3634 said!

I am from Slovenia and I had problem
with the letter "č" (ascii code 159). I have tested it and it's OK.

    Thanks again!

    I have antoher problem.
Sometimes TmpgEnc does not recognize .vdr file, which is created
with VirtualDub, when I start frameserver.

    What should I do?

  5. Remark:
I see that the letter I had problem with is displayed totaly
wrong on this forum. But the ascii code is right.

    Rogy
