  1. I live in the United States. I have an ATI TV Wonder PCI and under the recommendation of others I have installed the btwincap drivers. Everything seems to work fine EXCEPT when I run Vdub it only allows me to use the TV tuner in PAL or SECAM flavors. When I installed the drivers initially I selected USA as country and NTSC-M as the format. However it didn't seem to take. I tried reinstalling the drivers but to no avail. Composite input works fine.

    Windows XP
    P-II 400
    256 mb ram
    20 gigs HD
    ATI Radeon 64mb VIVO
    ATI TV Wonder PCI

    Thanks,

  2. When you install the sourceforge drivers there are two dropdowns. One for card model and another for tuner. You may have to check and be sure, but in my TV Wonder the tuner is "phillips NTSC" make sure to check it and you will have NTSC on your tuner
entirely TOO much time on my hands

  3. Bingo! It worked. The problem was when I originally installed the driver I let the installed autodetect everything. I did like you suggested and it's working fine now. Thanks.
