Chapters error message

I am trying to use the file created by Smartripper to create the chapters from the original dvd. When I try to import the smartripper info it says;

"TV System" not found in the smart ripper ifo information

I tried editing the TV system to read NTSC but it still does not work. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks.

As per the vts_01_INFO.txt file;

I guess no one here is much on using VCDeasy. Anyway what I found is that if you use ChapterXtractor to scan the vob files, create a txt file and import as raw, then the chapters come out okay.
