how do I separate audio from video using virtual dub?
i am trying to change wide screen format to cubic format (to not cut the sides), but when I did it, the audio and video weren't syncronized. i wanna try to separate video and audio, and then put them together.

Start Virtualdub. Open your video File->Open video file, ignor the warning
Select under Audio->Full processing mode.
Select Audio->Compression and select <No compression (PCM)>
Select Audio->Conversion. Change the the Sampling rate to 44100Hz
Save the wav by clicking on File->Save WAV
