  1. how do I separate audio from video using virtual dub?

    i am trying to change wide screen format to cubic format (to not cut the sides), but when I did it, the audio and video weren't syncronized. i wanna try to separate video and audio, and then put them together.

  2. Start Virtualdub. Open your video File->Open video file, ignor the warning
    Select under Audio->Full processing mode.
    Select Audio->Compression and select <No compression (PCM)>
    Select Audio->Conversion. Change the the Sampling rate to 44100Hz
    Save the wav by clicking on File->Save WAV
