Can't play certain AVI's!!! Please Help!!!!!!!!

I can play most of my AVI files. I a couple files that will not play no matter what codec I install. Here is the Technical Info....

The one file is encoded in DIV3 DivX 3 Low-Motion and I have a MPEG-4 Low-Motion installed. When I use Gspot to verify I have the codec installed, it says I do. Now I have looked for and installed DivX 311 yet it still installed a MPEG-4. Yet I still can't play the file. Please help!!!!!!!!

It might be corrupted, have you tried fixing it with Virtual Dub or DivFix?

The file is fine. When I try to install a Nemo Codec Pack, I get the following error messages...

Error Opening file for writing:
"C:\Windows\System32\DivXa32.acm"

Error Opening file for writing:
"C:\Windows\System32\DivXdec.ax"

Yet all my other AVI files work. Is there a certain codec I need or what?
