vcdeasy gives access violation

Hi All,

Just started with vcdeasy, but am having problems. Whenever vcdeasy calls an external program (such as VCDxMInfo.exe to analyse an mpeg), the program works fine, but when control is passed back to vcdeasy at the end of the operation I get :-

access violation at C0089D7E read of FFFFFFF

If I try running the external program on the command line, it works fine.

Any ideas on how to debug further ? BTW, I'm using Win98 if that helps,

Okay, found the problem. I had to turn off my virus scanner (AVP), then all is well
