  1. I finally got my videos I had burned to play in my Sony stand alone DVD player..YAY!! Except, the picture is scrambled and the sound is distorted..BOOOO!!

    I used FUJIFILM CD-R 700 MB ( I saw these worked, on the DVD compatable page at this website) and I used Nero Express to burn it.

    Why would this happen, am I doing something wrong. Please help!

    Assuming you are taking macroblocks everywher and audio dropouts, hickkups and the like....

    Sounds like a bad burn or bad media.

  3. Ok, so what are macroblocks?

    If it is a bad burn, then just burning another one might work?

    Not all CD-R's are created equal. Look at the underside of various cd-r's and you will see their is quite a variaty of disks. Not all dvd players like all types of disks.

    Try a diffrent brand/manufacturer of disk. If possible get ones that have a diffrent color bottm than the ones you are using now do.
