the problems for
"stream encoding which is invalid for a [Super] VCD
I solved it.

now only left audio part

this problem only happen after I de-multiplex the mpeg file
and edited the audio files to remove the hiss
then I multiplex them back.
but I can't burn it!

looks like you have a dual channel (joint stereo) file which is not the same thing as a stereo file and make sure the bit rate is 224. so make sure your audioi editor savesit in true stereo form.

it seems to be an invalid configuration for an SVCD, try to burn it as a VCD, or just click at Turn off the standard conpilance

I am burning a VCD.
I have tried to turn off the compliant
at vcd player, can view video, no sound at all

what is the name of your audio editor? also sent you a reply with instructions
but any way with your audio editor when you save as mp3 it should offer your options for bit rate, mono stereo or joint stereo just make sure these are correct.
p.s. I am a musician so I work with audiio 24/7 we should be able to fix it.

I'm using COOL EDIT 2000 to remove the hiss.
Then I save the audio into .wav and convert it to .mp3
I don't know VCD support .mp2 and not .mp3
That's why I got the error.

then, after I burned the vcd.
I can't play properly at vcd player.
The movie just hang on the few parts of the vcd

Check your player in the list at the left of this message. It is under

"DVD Players". Find your player (make and/ormodel) and see if it
can play VCD's.

Putting both PAL and NTSC video / stills onto one VCD: yes.

Converting MP2 to WAV: Winamp or TMPGEnc or CoolEdit, etc.
