Nero...Could not perform fixation burn process failed

Every time i try to burn a vcd with Nero...i get the message ....Could not perform fixation burn process failed..... Any idea why Nero won't work for me....worked fine on my old computer

uummm...i dont know what the problem would be but, when i first had problems with nero i used NTI-cd maker plus until i managed to get nero working. i dont know how to fix it so i suggest u get nti-cd maker plus until u get further information on getting it fixed...anyways im just a newb buyt nti-cd maker plus is pretty good for when u have problems...i dont use it anymore tho since nero works...

Ok...i got NTI...but it doesn't recognize my burner. The only option i have is for NTI Image burner.

Sure you arent trying to do a fixation burn to prepare a DVDrw for its first use, but have a cdr in the hole?
