    I have a pioneer DV-C503 and a Sony. The thing is all the cd/rs are working fine on my pioneer but i would like to be able to use them on the sony as well. I know some cd/rs do work on the sony as well as my pioneer but i dont know what the difference is between the cd/rs that are working and not working on both. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    CD-R may not work. Mr. Write 4X CD-RW works on most DVD players.

    Princo CDR's are the only ones that work on my SonyDVD player. You may want to give them a try.
