DVD PLAYER. Progressive scan output for both pal and ntsc?

Hi

Can anyone recommend a dvd player that performs progressive scan on both ntsc and pal discs bearing in mind i live in the uk.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just got this player and it works great so far.
Region free and pal and ntsc progressive output.
Plays svcd vcd that I've made with no trouble.
Have not been able to test dvd-r or dvd+r (no equiptment)
Can control just about every aspect of the picture. (Brightness, color, contrast, hue and saturation, size, x,y position on the screen).
