    Hi

    I have a Pioneer DVD Player which is a region free DVD Player, i want to buy a PAL DVD Concert from Iron Maiden and i know that my DVD player will have no problem playing the concert, but do i need to have a PAL TV also? or that doesn't matter and i can any TV? lets say a NTSC TV...

    A friend told me that i will need a PAL TV, but i'll better ask here

    you should have no problems with your TV.
    I've got a multi region DVD player but a Pal TV and I have no problems watching region 1 movies.
