How do I make an advanced scene selection menu?

I am trying to figure how to make the advanced kind of scene selection menu for VCD. The one that gives you a preview of the scene or chapter as the button, instead of just a picture. You usually see these in major movie DVD's. I am trying to find software that does that, but have had no success. I would love an answer, appreciate your time, thanks.

advanced menus like that are not supported by (s)vcd.

U can use TSVC0.84 , there is a menu generator
which u can use to do a preview of a few seconds
to each chapter and give each chap a number to
be run on the VCD

Very Simple and much better than buggy TSCV.
But Roxio ruins everything, if it was still Cequadrat, it could be better.
I think Roxio guys wish to add their name to every good software which they have not developed. Adaptec, Cequadrat and now MGI.
