My Panasonic DVD player doesn't have a problem playing movies that I've downloaded in VCD format, but some non-VCDs that I've re-encoded with TMPGenc give me stuttering video and out-of-sync audio (plays back fine on PC). I found that downsampling the audio and video (and burning with compliance off) improves it somewhat, but I still get trouble-spots. What would cause this??
