  1. I bought a Pioneer DVR-104 not too long ago, and have just completed my first DVD project. I am trying to author it with Ulead DVD Moviefactory. Anyway, everytime I load a blank DVD (it doesn't matter if it's a DVD-R or a DVD-RW, they both do it.), my system brings up Winamp, cause it thinks it's an audio CD. It tells me that there is 1.99 gigs used on the disk, and no free space. I tried burning to one anyway, to see what would happen, and when it got the the part where it actuall should start burning, it "failed to record data to the disc". I even tried it on a blank DCD-RW disk that came with the drive. Same thing, only this time, it actually burned a little of the project to the disk. Not all of it, though. And now, to make matters worse, I can't seem to open Nero. IT keeps saying something about InCD trying to access a disk, even after I've re-booted.
So, am I doing something wrong here? Do I have a bad drive? Device manager says it's fine, and recognizes it as a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-104, but says "Device Type" is "CDROM". Is that right?
Somebody please help me, cause I'm losing my mind. I just spent countless moments trying to work out the problems with my ATI Radeon 64 VIVO card, and now this.

IIRC, InCD is a UDF file system addon required to read/write UDF files to CDRW (and maybe DVD-RW) discs. One of the installation options is to have it load on boot. I suggest you un-install this and see if it fixes your problems as it may well be 'taking over' the drive.
