extract the mpg using vcdeasy, determine whether it's mpeg1 or 2 (I use mpegproperties)-all programs available thru links on this site-and burn using your favourite program

burn it in nero (load the bin instead of cue) or mount it in Daemon tools and do a disc copy.

Alternatively, download a copy of Isobuster and extract the mpg or dat. Or use Discjuggler directly to burn the bin as an image file. Personally, I would extract the mpg from the bin first, and burn to (S)VCD using Nero.

  6. The best way is to extract everything from the BIN file with VCDXRIP and then immediately rebuild the S/VCD with VCDXBUILD. This way, you regenerate the CUE/BIN image and can burn as per normal.

Both VCDXRIP and VCDXBUILD are command console tools but VCDEasy contains a GUI for both of them.
